What is this?

A program we have right here at NFMPC. We serve the Lord by serving each other with our time and talents. We help meet short term practical needs, as they come up. There is no scheduling and no preset time commitments. When a particular need arises and you've previously indicated a willingness to serve in that area, you just might get a phone call!

Who participates?

Everyone, to include those who have been looking for occasional opportunities to serve, those who are already serving in various capacities, and those who need help with something. Everyone has been blessed with gifts and talents. Let's be a blessing to each other, those serving as well as those being served. The goal is to have everyone fill out the bright yellow LOVE IN ACTION form.

How do I participate?

Do you need a ride to the doctor? Do you need help with your hurricane shutters? Do you need someone to feed the cat while you're away? LOVE IN ACTION can help.

So that we, as a congregation, can serve Our Lord by serving each other, please complete the LOVE IN ACTION form and make your offering.

May Our Lord continue to bless you as you serve Him by serving others through your LOVE IN ACTION .

The purpose of this form is to identify the gifts of the individuals within our congregation. Then, in an organized way, mobilize these skills and talents in order to

(1) provide opportunities for service, and (2) meet practical needs of those requiring help.

Your deacons are available to answer any questions you may have.
